Welcome to Selkie's Sea Scrolls: Musings Writings and Book Reviews~ I am new to blogging, so this site might be a work in progress concerning the layout and design of it, so I hope this platform does the job while I'm learning as I go!
I began this blog for a myriad reasons but mostly because despite being a life-long book lover and recent collector of tomes, I don't really have people in my life who read beyond what is necessary. Which means I have no one to discuss books I'm reading, whether it is marveling at the specific magic systems or world-building, ranting about poor character plots or even to stem the despair of waiting a minimum of two years for the sequel. I start this blog with the hope of reaching some like-minded people and sharing my love of stories and books, and hopefully connect with the bookish community~
For now, I will be primarily posting reviews until I can get a handle on blogging for the first time! Again, welcome to my site and I hope my bookish thoughts might reach and entertain a fellow bibliophile!
